But here's the problem. These modes, they have positive and negatives, but here's the thing, this one commonality they'll have, if you spend all your time in those modes, you're going to learn very little, because they are outward facing modes. You're just trying to change somebody's mind, or influence other people. And then you have a Scientist mode, and this is the mode that you and I, and I'm sure you are already, but people like us should spend 80% of our time in […] And in this mode, anything enters your mind is hypothesis, which you examine from different directions, and then for careful for examination, you're like, "Okay, this is what I think." Employees who are top performers are laid off. Employees who are in a firm for a long time are laid off. Employees who are freshers are laid off. Employees from IIMs/IITs are laid off. Employees who work just to get the job done are laid off. Seniors are laid off. Juniors are laid off Hard working employees who get good ratings and give extra hours are laid off. Bad peforming ones are obviously laid off. Is there anyone who is safe. It's just at the mercy of few decision makers at the top and no matter what you do you will never be safe. Now I understand why parents say that government job is better.

An actual dumb thing I said was at my first Data Science interview at a top tech company here in Bangalore. Interviewer asked me about my projects, and me being unpolished, I said that I had done a regression project. So he asked me how did I measure whether the model was "good". I said that, "The accuracy of the model was high" Interviewer responded with, "...You know Regression tasks are measured with MAE/MSE/RMSE and not accuracy, right?" Lmao. You live and you learn. 🤡

PixySquare : I developed user-friendly component features in Next JS and React JS for 6+ websites and handled SEO management for more than 3 restaurants and institutions. Innovative Scripts: I was involved in adding new interactive components to the client's website and added relevant content for many products. In addition to my internships I have completed a number of academic projects that have prepared me for the challenges of the Software Engineering Intern position. For example, I developed FindOne, an exclusive portal(WebApp) for finding missing people that provides a real-time face-recognition center just to track their location with WhatsApp notification feature with location sent to stakeholders immediately once captured with very less latency anda good accuracy (99.38%) of face detection. I also developed Covid Tracker, a web app based on Covid-19 API to give real-time information on Covid-19 cases across the world 190 countries, India, and across each state of India(states+UT), a dashboard of cases(Confirmed and recovered), deaths, and active cases.
