How accurate is this salary analysis?
I mean if i really step out to search a new job today, will get 45L+?? I am confident enough that i can crack any damn interview relevant to my profile today.

At 10 yoe I am assuming you are at a point of life where money and your job is not the only thing you, if you are getting the time to spend family and friends, cherish it. And 32 Lpa aint that bad, more money, more problems
For 10YoE, I'd say your fix is low. I don't know what is the average but even if I was a front end dev, I would not work for less than 30 fixed.
How is the variable payment? Do they pay 100%?
As someone who has been unable to crack recent interviews, your statement “I am confident enough that I can crack any damn interview relevant to my profile today” brought a ray of hope and instilled confidence in me. Needed this
You’re highly underpaid for 10yoe. You can easily get 50L+ base if you try hard enough
At 10 yoe in frontend technologies (assuming react or angular), i’d say you are getting paid almost half and 45 does seem bit fair
