Just don't. There is a reason why everyone say no to workplace dating. Recently saw dude getting fired in my company because of this. Both were in mutual relationship. They fought. Girl complained to HR and now dude lost job. The humiliation he faced in company i am not even talking about that.

Straight forward advice, no bs, ask her out to have a conversation sometime near future, doesn't necessarily mean a date but just a conversation, don't think anything, on that conversation just state the fact you like her, ofc you nerd guts to do the same, it's either gonna be a yes or no!
