It's like a peer-to-peer courier booking system. They connect bluedart (courier) and the merchant (shopping sites).  
  
 Since shiprocket is heavily invested in tech, the merchants can handle orders with a click of a button. And they handle end to end booking and tracking. Also bluedart and other couriers may not have mature tech. So integration for merchants would be painful.  
  
 Kinda like how Amazon pay EMI works. You choose amazon pay emi but the loan gets placed to its partner bank. Amazon acts as a peer to peer lending network between customer and bank. Sonething like that.

I use shiprocket as our delivery partner but most of the time our small business has to pay for weight discrepancies and for most RTOs 
(which on real ground it shouldn’t, as we do follow the guidelines and give our best information possible [complete transparency])

(One incident about RTO was such that my client was in his office campus and yet the delivery person didn’t deliver the goods and said the client was not available and nor did answer the call. At the same time, i did made a call and enquire about the same with the client to which i got to know that client was in the campus and he didn’t receive any calls!)

If anyone from you can suggest us any delivery partner we will be helpful to you!

 Zepto kills it at speed. Blinkit kills it at speed and depth of catalogue. 
  
 Hard to imagine where Flipkart can stand. Especially given Q Commerce can work in only Tier 1 and 2 where these brands have a heavy footing.  
  
 Flipkart does not even have a brand presence anymore in top 5 cities!
