How is the culture at Jupiter? They seem to be hiring in marketing and & growth and have recently onboarded a CMO.
Anuj Rathi, from what I’ve heard from swiggy folks, is a hard ass. Take from it what you will, he should add to the success of the company but expected to push people based on his previous work
Hiring wise - a very wise and right move.
Culture - have heard it’s so-so. But, been on the receiving end of entitled folks taking the policies for a ride and bleeding out the company, so at this point culture is not the most important thing. Agar company hi nahi hey, tho kya culture.
I like the decision making at Jupiter. They have the right kind of structure hierarchy - not at all top heavy. They have some very interesting people priorities which is actually pretty solid for the current market situation. Looks like they are geared up for the next wave.
It’s quite an impressive thing by Jupiter - very quietly, they are doing some great work. On the other hand the Creds and Fi are loosing the plot. Fi - going down faster than cred.
Can you elaborate a little more on the great stuff that they are doing? Don’t know anyone for whom Jupiter is the primary card/ account.
Don't see any openings online for growth/marketing in jupiter. Where can one apply?
