How long does it take
How long does it take from the 2-3 rounds of interview, HR round to get the offer letter in your hand? It's been a month since this process is going on; I got the final call, and HR told me that they are sending the offer letter to a higher recruiter for approval salary, but it's been 4-5 days, and they haven't updated me. I called for an update, and they said they would send it soon, but they haven't. This process is just increasing my anxiety; I don't know what to do, as it's my first switch. Also, since I'm an overthinker, this thing is eating me up ☠️ Konse mandir jaau kya khaau ...alag hi chull mach rahi hai .... Been there, done that (latest one only a month back). Just let go of it, focus on other interviews and current job as if this offer won't come and then when it does, it would be a happy surprise. 😂
I know it sounds stupid but it works for me. Otherwise, I'll check my mail every 2 hours for that damn offer.
And 4-5 days is not bad, most of my offers came in a week and this latest one took 3 weeks (which was def crazy)

I don't know about the company but was in a similar situation sometime back, but later on they did come back with an offer after 7 days. So i would suggest that sit tight and keep patience. Start watching a sitcom to do time pass, big bang theory, how i met your mother, all time evergreen friends. These have plenty of episodes and they will let u do time pass for several days of free overthinking time. 😅
