Depends on your current CTC. Start from 100% if you are underpaid otherwise ask 50%. Once you get any offer then you can negotiate

Yoe3 is what you should try for. So 30lpa. Companies like tcs will try and scam you saying yoe2 is standard, etc etc. But those are 2005 standards. Don't listen to them. Yoe*3 or above should be your target

So you mean someone with 20 years exp will get 60 lakhs? The *3 factor might work in the initial few years but after that it's difficult.
