Even after getting a good percentile in CAT I didn't receive any interview calls from IIM's.But decided to move forward with a Tier 2 MBA in Bangalore.I am the topper of my batch and have worked hard to improve my skillset in various areas.I am determined to crack higher packages in the upcoming placement season.How to go about this?
Prep for product/brand management, IB or non-niche consulting roles.
Cases and guesstimates are your best friend. Communication (not just english but also phrasing, diction and clarity) and HR/motivation/background questions are the difference makers.
Interview attitude should be humble and honest in knowledge wise but very stern and confident about the work you’re ready to put in. Also put on a smile :)
