How to feel energetic throughout the day

Same as title. I am 31M and I feel less on energy entire day. I sleep good 8 hours and eat home cooked food for lunch and dinner. (I am a vegetarian) Is there any supplement you have tried and worked for you?

Are you under some sort of long term stress, work relationship anything? If that's not the case, I think you can integrate light exercise routine. Within 2-3 months you'll feel better

keep a 90 day plan 21 days to create habit
workout 5 days a week in 21 days then 6 days
dont fap

find some park go outdoors for run
keep less time between sets

eat protein, vegeterians lack eating protein we think dal paneer and nuts are enough

keep saturated carbs like white rice white bread less and eat complex carbs and veggies more

add egg whites

drink isolate whey after workouts to retain muscle mass and daily protein

thats it :)
