I have 12 years of experience in software development. Worked on mainframes. Recently completed My business analytics course from India's prestigious institute. I practiced a lot and developed a few solutions on GenAI. But I am not getting a call in Naukri.
Can you suggest what steps I can take to get Interview calls?

Completing a business analytics course is great, but without detailing specific skills and tools learned, it's challenging to understand your proficiency in this area.
Simply mentioning GenAI without elaborating on the solutions developed or their impact provides little insight into your abilities and achievements.
If you're not receiving interview calls on Naukri, your profile likely lacks optimization. But again it's a guess. Revise it with clear, relevant keywords, and ensure your accomplishments are prominently showcased.
Your resume may fail to effectively highlight your strengths and accomplishments. But there's no resume so that's a guess too.
Identify which job you're targeting mainframes/data analytics/gen ai. If you're targeting all 3, if i were in your place I would make 3 specifically tailored resumes. After the courses, make projects and include them in your resume. Reach out for referrals, don't solely rely on Naukri, Indeed etc.
