How will the pay of network engineer for 5 years of experience? Approximately any developer will take around 15-20 lakhs in mncs

Taling about Delhi NCR, when I had 5 years of experience, I was getting around 10 LPA. I asked the same question to one of my other former colleagues, just to understand the depth that I can go to. He said by 5th year you could have 15 LPA and by 10th year year around 25 LPA. I was able to switch after 1.5 years post appraisal and that time I had 13 LPA CTC, and the first offer I got was from TCS for 18 LPA, second offer I got was from my current company for 20 LPA, and I got a delayed offer from Ericsson for 21 LPA, otherwise I would have joined them.
