How you feel about return/exchange in Amazon and 'mainly' Flipkart service?

Today was quite an eventful day for me. I was expecting a delivery, and when the delivery person arrived, I was just a few minutes away from home. I told him “I’m literally entering the society give me 5-10 mins” reached back within the promised time, only to see him driving away. I tried to call him, but he had the audacity to say “ab nhi milega saman, ab toh kal hi milega chahe jo karna hai karlo” he was hardly 20m away from my house when he said this. I contacted customer support, who initially promised delivery within an hour, but after two hours of no delivery i called them again and they informed me that the delivery was marked as attempted and could only happen the next day. Feeling upset, I asked to speak with a senior about the delivery person's behavior, but even that CS guy defended delivery partner’s action. The guy was so rude, and I wished I had recorded the conversation. However, I decided to check if BlinkIt had the product, and luckily, BlinkIt did and got it delivered to me in just 12 minutes, at the same price🎉. As for my Flipkart order, I won't cancel it, but I'll make sure to reschedule every time they attempt delivery. It might not change much, but i guess it would be my way to take revenge 🙂.

Hello grapeviners, need guidance on the below situation. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ from Flipkart on 26th Jan and got it delivered to my address in Bangalore on 30th. 3rd Feb morning it develops a blue line on display and I contact Flipkart asking for a replacement/refund. They redirect me to Samsung Service Centre for a resolution. I went to the Samsung authorised service center (ASC) on 3rd and they asked me for time till today for issuing a Dead on Arrival certificate which they mention is the process for any purchase be it online or offline. The ly said I need to present the DOA certificate along with the sealed device (done by ASC) to the place where I have purchased from (FK in this case) and then they process for replacement. Now, I have uploaded the DOA certificate but Flipkart keeps redirecting me to Samsung for resolution. How do I tackle this, any person at Flipkart whom I can contact to get this resolved? If Flipkart doesn't resolve this, last option is to put it on LinkedIn tagging the leadership of Flipkart along with putting it on twitter. Need urgent help as I purchased this device after a lot of back and forth in my mind and it's killing me now!

Can anyone from Amazon help me regarding OFM team? I have tried everything, but their service team is on a broken record on chat, calls, email. My delivery was incompletely delivered (only 2 out of 4 items delivered). I escalated on the Customer care chat and calls. I sent the photos of the delivery with date & name as they had asked. I received email from [email protected] saying, "We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. However, the number of refunds for damaged items in your account exceed the expectation and is in violation of our conditions of use policy." I have never returned or asked refunds from Amazon in the past 4-5 years. So for them to tag me feels to be a big mistake. After this all calls to customer teams say that their investigation said that the delivery was complete and nothing will be resolved. I had 6-8 calls but all specialists say the same. There is no escalation possible now. But the delivery was incomplete! I carefree took the delivery with the OTP because it's Amazon, they generally deliver and customer service resolves the rare issues. But this order was a but expensive and has been a nightmare. After this I would be forced to order COD and ask the delivery guy to open the parcel everytime. Prepaying for delivery is done for. Can anyone from Amazon help out regarding the OFM team here?
