I need to return my laptop to the company after resignation which is in Bangalore and currently I am located in Mumbai. Please help me out with suggestions for affordable and safe courier services to do the same.
Yes agree . Your IT team should be doing it . Just send them an email . Worst case they will atleast give u a solution

I used DTDC a few days back, was affordable and delivered laptop safely
I used Blue Dart and Professional Couriers 3 times in past 5 years to send laptop to Bangalore. I've sent from Chennai to Bangalore. Had no issues till now.
Costs somewhere around 1000 to 1500 for MacBook pro 16inch heavy laptop.
Connect with an IT guy from your company, ask for his phone number and office address and tell him you're sending laptop to his name. When you ship it, you will get a tracking id, share it with him and ask him to notify you as soon as he gets the laptop.
One of my friend had messed up when he did with not so heard name, go with blue dart you should be fine

Your organisation should arrange a pickup, they should have some courier services in place for all their laptops, and accordingly, proper insurance. That way you won't be liable for any damages.
