Seeking Guidance for My Future: Lost and Confused in a Tier 3 College.

I'm 2023 btech grad, I have selected in virtusa, LTIMindtree and dxc but none of them are giving response to full time. They are just delaying the process. 
I'm worried about my future, and confused what to do, so that I land a job. 
I have knowledge of core java, sql, basic dsa(leetcode 150+) and very basic project(that  don't come in mini project category). 

What to do? ... should I prepare dsa or do backend in java? ... or just wait for the on boarding

I have done btech from a tier 2 colg in civil engineering (2015 pass out). There after I worked for 2 yrs and left my job for UPSC preparation. Now after 4 years I am stuck without job. I want to get into IT sector, what should be the roadmap. My strengths: strong hold on mathematics, aptitude, and English.
My weakness: never coded before.
Shall I go for SDE roles or Data science. I am a bit confused because I am new to this field with no experience and a gap of almost 5 years

My background: I am a 2023,CSE graduate from NSUT Dwarka (Tier -1) college. I had an offee from company with CTC of 12LPA and that offer got revoked.

Currently I am working in a service based startup with peanuts as sallary. The work I am being assign here is mainly of Langchain and ML(which I don't have much interest in but can do if required).How do you get out of this company and should I stay here just for experience for atleast one year.

I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. 
Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job.
I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. 

Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. 
I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it. Thanks for reading.

I am working in startup for last 5 years . In 2019 they hired when I was just 12th passed out, they offered us stipend at that time. 
They trained us for 6months and took on role. Now my bond is ended with same company. But I am not engineer passed out student. With online mode of education I have completed my BBA and right now pursuing MCA 4th semester .
Now I have in total experience of 5 years.
Please let me know my scope in today's corporate world.

I am a 2019 graduate. I worked in a non-tech field for some time then I decided to switch into a IT sector, for that I decided to first learn the basic skills needed so I joined a company who teaches all the skills to get industry ready. 
I learned Html, css, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, sqlite and still learning react & node. 
But now there is a good gap in between due to some personal reasons & my non-It experience will not count and I will be treated as a Fresher only. It's 2024, I am searching for a good start. 
what should I do now? How to start my career. There is a marriage pressure from the family which is Turing into a big stress now but I wanted to be independent first. Please help me, I seriously need your help.

Software Test - QA

A little about myself: 22, just graduated Btech CS from tier 1 college, got placed in a few tier 1 companies, baniya (relevant), and good at engineering in general ( won several actually honourable awards internationally, from government of India, some IIT random techfests, etc). Point of telling this being to get some credibility for the readers so that they don’t take me as a young dumb overconfident 20yr old. (maybe I am?)
I really want to earn money, probably in my genes, my father wants the same for me. My dad has a decent wholesale business (around 1cr per year profit) and I don’t mind moving in it as well. It’s recommended to stay sometime in corporate to learn the nitty gritties of life and other aspects. I don’t mind that either.
Personally, I want to get into entrepreneurship, but again it’s easier said that done, how to start, idea, implementation and everything else it’s just the tip of the iceberg. People of my age (some of them being close to me as well) have started their ventures and have got funding upto 500k USD and it makes me jls.
I’ll be probably joining an MNC and will stay for around 1 year and then see how it goes.
I’ll be really helpful if fellow grapeviners can shed some words of wisdom on how to go on here to a startup/business/high earning journey?

Business vs job, 22M need career advice

Analyst

- I recently given my final year exams of B.tech (cse) in June 2024.

- Currently working remotely as fullstack engineer intern from last 4 months (25k stipend p.m), will get final decision about PPO in August.

- after working I don't really like the culture of the company and I am also not seeing any growth in this company, so I have made my mind to not work at here any more.

- at the same time I am feeling that I have lost my interest in programming , I don't know why but the idea of growing as a software developer in career i.e sde1->sde2....tech lead -> CTO is not exciting to me right now.

- I come from very humble background, I am the first graduate in my family, I have done B.Tech by taking education loan of (4.95lakh), I have no senior whom I can talk to about my situation and who can genuinely guide me .

- my family financial condition is very poor, I have 2 siblings who need money for their education as well, I need money to eliminate the daily  unnecessary financial worries/disputes in my family.
 
- I enrolled into Btech in 2020 by seeing all the high packages people are getting right after college , so I thought the career prospects are good after doing Btech in cse , apart from this I always  had this thought of doing my own venture sometime in future and I thought business knowledge can be gained easily than the techincal knowledge so let's first gain the hard to acquire knowledge i.e technical (programming) because in today's age every business is a tech first business.

- I had initial plan of getting a high paying job (1lakh/month) ,improve my family financial situation, save money in order to invest in my ventures and create secondary sources of income and then leave my job 

- but now I have realised that I had started out with a wrong goal in the first place ,(my assumption was that once I get a high paying job as sde I will only work for 9-5 and rest of the time will be spend on side hustles(investing,real estate,ventures etc))

- this is not the reality in my current understanding, as due to competition I need to spend all my time and energy on one thing in order to get success.

-  the idea of spending all my time and energy to become a good sde looks limiting to me as in future it will only open doors to  sde roles and I will not get roles where I can contribute to the business side (which I am interested in)

- my loan repayment will start from from next year June.

- I want roles where I can contribute directly to the business side of company, roles that give me the real insights about the market (i.e business analyst, data analyst, consultant, P.M etc)

- when I think of leaving what I am currently doing and prepare for such roles I got horrified by the idea of starting from scratch , and not getting the new job role timely before my loan repayment starts .

What should I do pls guide me as a mentor/big brother 🙏🏻

Hi everyone, I'm 24F lives in Delhi with my family. I have worked really hard in my college days and in graduating year 2021, I got the job of a General Manager in a Mexican company with 18 lpa . It was a wonderful opportunity with so many responsibilities and I gave my best. But as I was only 21 years old, I couldn't handle the office politics. There was a guy who was always against me and created the opportunity into a mess. So after working there for 2 years, I resigned in 2023. Since then I'm trying to get the same kind of wonderful opportunity where I can really take the responsibilities and get the work done. I don't want to get into official layers of reporting and politics. I peacefully want to take the charge and get the things done. 

This complete one year from May 2023 is a mess. I really really want to work. Bur recession is there. I am not from a tech background, and started the career into logistics (SaaS based shipping software). 

I'm reaching out to all of you, to please motivate me, support me, and if anyone is lookikg for a person to get the things done in a smarter way, I'm the one. I'm counting on all of you, I'm believing these days will end. Sun will arise again and I will be on the track one more time.
