Help post

Hello everyone. I am working in startup for last 5 years . In 2019 they hired when I was just 12th passed out, they offered us stipend at that time. They trained us for 6months and took on role. Now my bond is ended with same company. But I am not engineer passed out student. With online mode of education I have completed my BBA and right now pursuing MCA 4th semester . Now I have in total experience of 5 years. Please let me know my scope in today's corporate world.
