In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? Let me know if any company can give 12lpa for 4 year experienced software tester.

I dream to work at one of the Big Product Based companies from FAANG and others. I'm a software Tester currently serving Notice Period.
I needed some info on what are some different roles in Software Testing in these companies like SDET, QA, etc. Whats min experience they require?
I need some tips start from my resume. I wanna know what kinda resume do such companies require? I can get the information for skillset n stuff from YT and more but,
What SPECIAL resumes do these Organizations require thats one big question for me?

There are lots of politics now in my team as compared to the previous year, i was denied a well-deserved promotion for some weird reasons, and the hike was low too.
