Hi I am in a tough situation that I really need a change and I am not sure how to make it..I have SQL experience, but limited experience...I cant say I am a SQL developer..but I do have experience in user story scripting and intermediate level in SQL and control m and datadog.. working in kind of application support and my total experience is 9.8 yrs which is why I am struggling now. I was in comfort zone and made mistake by not switching. Though I am performing well they didn't give me promotion nor a good vp. Now my manager is targeting me and asking me to avoid planned leaves and I am sure this time manager won't promote me. I am learning Power bi From cousrera..but meanwhile I am looking for opportunities with SQL support..if anyone knows any such roles openings pls do let me know...

I made a series of bad decisions, and for the last one year, I've been working as a data analyst, on third party payroll, and with 4 LPA package. I have 4 years of experience with gaps. The work is super hectic, and I am mostly working 9 to 11 just because the team is cheap to hire an extra resource and I am doing the work for multiple teams. I have to add that I have anxiety, and I have a difficult time saying no or asking questions. I was managing my life with this pay, but recently, I'm finding it a bit tough. I've been applying for different jobs, and i can't even seem to get an interview. I know unlike SDEs, analysts doesn't get paid on the same scale, but 4LPA seem to be a bit low. I don't know what else to add here, so please ask if any specific details are needed. I need to get my life sorted.

Today, I took a test for the role of Business Analyst at Meesho. The test consisted of three questions, with the first two being moderate in difficulty compared to the third. The first two questions were multiple-choice, requiring me to find bugs in the code. However, the third question was significantly more challenging, as it required writing an advanced SQL query, which was something I had never encountered before. I understand that it's common for startups to set challenging test papers, but I'm looking for advice on how to tackle advanced SQL queries and how to practice them effectively

Recently I joined an NBFC in data analytics and there is no such analysis work here. I'm only publishing MIS reports on a daily basis and nothing else. There is no analysis work, everything they are doing on Excel only. Since 2 months I'm in a lot of anxiety and stress. There are no interview calls. This year i gave only 1 interview in 5 months, that was on last friday only. I don't know what to do now, it has become a loop now. Study and apply for the openings while you don't get a single call from anywhere. Need suggestions and help from you all experienced folks 🙏🙏
