Does it make sense to apply for MBA about 9 months after a job change? My career trajectory:

FYI, delusion is NOT the solution. I now realise that for summer intern, you need to be giving interviews 3-4 months prior. Haven't done shit. When's the last I can apply for an summer internship, as in what month?

So I interviewed with a company two months ago, after all the formalities were done, I received a response from the HR that I have cleared all the rounds. But the requirements for the position they were hiring me for suddenly changed and they asked me to wait for a while until a new position positions opens up matching my tech stack. At that time I was about to be released from a project in my current company so getting the notice period reduced to 2 months was not that much of a hassle. 
Today, the HR called me again telling me that a new position has been opened up and if I am available to join I can join. My official period is of 90 days and now I have been allocated to a new project in my current company.
I have been wanting to switch since so long because of variety of reasons. But the problem now is the notice period in my current company. The HR is very strict about joining within the 60 days but I am not getting any vibe that my current manager is going to reduce my notice period.

Please suggest if there are any ways out of it.

So I completed my prelims round @google , cleared it
completed 3/5 and its been almost 10 days - haven't heard back from my recruiter.

I have just one point of contact, so feeling kinda helpless as to whom I can reach out to.
Like i followed up thrice now over a period of one week - very respectfully.

I mean its my dream role and honestly, every day not getting any response is honestly painful - even If I didn't make it - At least I should hear back right? and I understand the number of applications must be extremely high - but still the process should be somewhat smooth right? Its Google after all.

Any suggestions on how to tackle the above situation?

This is a question to the onebanc employees, are you guys retarded or what?

So, They have a job posting on LinkedIn for a particular role which is vacant from 5 freaking months ( and it's just not there for 5 months, they remove it and repost every 3-5 days). for 2 months I tried applying direct and then I connected with the peeps working there and asked for referrals to which all of them replied "apply directly to the job posting" ok understandable but then when I tried connecting with the job poster and the talent acquisition people they also have the same reply "apply directly", I know am not entitled but now when you have seen the message, just forward it to the manager, and end this with a rejection.

This is just a rant, i know companies don't owe anyone and vice versa.

Let me know if this is a good offer or should I look for more offers.

Past: I was working previously at a startup in Frontend but got laid off because of office politics and funding issue. Joined as fresher with 9 months internship exp in Mar 2023. Laid off in April 2024.
Previous CTC: 13 LPA
Fixed: 10.5LPA, Bonus: 2.5LPA(Got 100% of it)

Exp: 1.1 yr Full time + 9 months Internship
Current Offer: 18LPA
Fixed: 17LPA
Variable: 1LPA

I joined few days back because I didn't want to wait for too long as Jobless. Gave 45+ interviews to get this offer.

Should I look for more Inhand and Esops or I can settle here for next 2 years? Team is really good and helpful. Also my Manager is very good and team says you can't find better manager than him.

Hi folks, just dropping in to say that I have failed three interviews all of which that I had hoped to close. 

I am in marketing so the answers in the interview aren't generally right or wrong. Different people perceive your answers differently and most people generally only do vibe check I guess. One of the interviews was really good but it required doing a presentation which I suck at. I got nervous while presenting. 

I was actively looking for a new role and spent nearly three weeks in frantically applying anywhere I could. Finally shortlisted 4 companies to appear for and 3 of them rejected me.

Feeling sad. Can't tell wife, friend or family so confessing here. Please send prayers and any referal for a good marketing role in B2B. Yoe 9 years and TC is 36 without stocks.
