I interviewed at Glance

I had a very positive interview experience with one of the firms. I had cleared 3 rounds and my final round was a culture round with HR head and few colleagues from other departments. We had a very fruitful and fun conversation as well throughout the call. But after that it's been 3 weeks and they haven't contacted me or even sent a rejection mail. Not sure how to go about this, I have sent the HR a mail too to check on any updates. Any advice on how should I proceed?

I gave an interview two weeks back and had a salary discussion with the HR, its been more than a week I haven’t received any response from her. Should iI stop expecting?

I might receive an offer soon from glance for a PM role. Wanted to know if it’s a good time to join them. I have heard of layoffs happening there recently hence a bit concerned. Overall, how is the culture and work at glance? Any help is appreciated.

Hi folks, I have got offer from both Accenture and EY GDS. I have accepted the offer from Accenture but haven't accepted the EY offer yet as they provided it last week. EY have just matched the Accenture offer that also with fixed compensation showing no exact ctc. I am a little confused if I should accept the offer from EY as well. Note - 1. Both have the same location. 2. same compensation 3. Both low balled me My tech stack is python having overall 6.2 yoe. I still have 2 months left for my notice period to end but confused on should I accept EY offer as well. Please suggest. Thanks 🙏

Around a month ago, HR called to ask if I was interested in the APM role. After following up multiple times for the interview, they said the hiring manager didn't like your profile. After 2-3 weeks, different HR reached out, saying they want to conduct round - 1 for the same team. The interview happened, and I reached out to HR after 3-4 days for the next steps, but she kept cutting my calls and completely ghosted me. I reached out to another HR, and she said the feedback on the portal was that "experience is not enough." I was pretty disappointed as while conducting interviews, HRs reached out to me so many times, but they couldn't even send an automated email for feedback. But it didn't end there. The HR who ghosted me called again after a couple of weeks to schedule round 1 with another team. The interview went well, and the interviewer asked me about my availability for round 2 and when I could join them, etc., saying we would try to conduct the next round soon. When I reached out for feedback, HR kept saying I'll call you later. I'm busy right now, and then they ghosted me. After following up multiple times, she said the feedback wasn't positive. I hoped for round 2 here since the interviewer seemed convinced and contented with my profile. Now, just because I reached out 10s of times, they told me that I have been rejected! How much time does it take to send an automated email? :/

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

Hello, I have an interview for Product Analyst 2 at Glance. Does anyone have an idea about the kind of questions that will be asked?

Most of the queries asked here should be sorted easily if an HR can respond with their insights, but i rarely see any HR participating in discussions, maybe we don't have that many HR's here ? Or maybe you folks want to stay the same as you are on the job, totally useless.

I have been interviewed by Akamai recently. After a phone call with HR, they scheduled an interview and it went pretty well. The interview was positive and the interviewer explained to me about the next round's process. It's been 2 weeks since the interview and there's no follow up from HR on this. Am I ghosted or is it normal?

I gave my 3rd round of interview on last Friday and it went very well. I was told it was the last round and I was looking forward for an offer. But recruiter is telling me from the past 3 days that she hasn't received any feedback still and she should receive it soon ( the guy who took my interview was from US team). Is she bluffing?
