I am looking to buy a band or smart watch for my wife

Primary metrics that it should track are below:
-steps
-sleep time with sleep stages data 
-Resting heart rate
-heart rate variability


I am already using fitbit 4 for the last 2 years but have heard that it does not have a service center in india, so I'm not sure if i should again go for fitbit.
Budget - preferably within 20k but can extend 

Also, if anyone has used garmin vivosport 4 or 5, please share your experience.

I'm a fitness chaser who can't control what I eat. So I do okay. I want to restart my fitness journey but a bit structured this time. So what's your fitness regime that I can jump into?

Also what's your opinion on fitness tracker? I have my eye on Garmin watches but worried about their support.

I am tempted to buy an entry model luxury watch. More specifically automatic with a budget of 1-5lacs. But I also know it’s waste of money in some sense abd it would be a sentimental buy. I don’t own / like apple / smart watches. Already have a Tissot with Chrono , Fossil, Casio digital watches . Any recommendations and feedback if you were in the same spot? And if you own one - is it worth it you would rather put in stocks? Any specific recommendations except for Rolex Oyster Pepertual or Omega Seamaster, etc 
Is it cheaper to buy from outside India?
