What fitness tracker band do you have?
Please suggest something other than Apple watch and Galaxy watch. I'm not interested in having a smart watch. I just want to track my fitness metrics (HR, sleep metrics, stress etc). Any reliable band you can suggest? Something you have or heard about.

The ones with accurate readings are costly. Rest all are toys designed for Indian masses to follow the fitness trend.
You can also launch a 1k fitness band. People of all age are crazy

Amazfit GTS 4 (square)
Amazfit GTR 4 (round)
Amazfit Trex 2
Cons: Released more than a year ago and might shortly have a newer version
Pros: All essential fitness tracking present. None of the battery draining notification, pseudo smartphone thing. So has battery life of 7-18 days. 14-18K. Not cheap, not expensive either, priced only for the stuff you value

I am waiting for the successor to above
I'm worried about the service of Amazfit. I've been reading very unsatisfied stories about the hoops one has to jump through for getting the service done. :(

Watches are passé. Get a ring. Ultrahuman's evolved to being excellent (especially for the 4 day battery life).
If you must have a band - look no further than the MiBand. It's built like a rock and cheap enough to have zero regrets.
MiBand 7 and 8 aren't launched in India. MiBand 6 is old. :( I already checked.
Fitness is not about what the band does. Its about what you do.
The 8 isn't going to keep you any fitter than the 6.
Just get it and start calibrating your activity.
I use Garmin Vivoactive, which is really solid. The battery lasts 8-9 days with a single charge and tracks fitness well (I compared the metrics with equipment in the gym, it seems accurate)

I had the exact same requirements as you and have been very happy with my Fitbit Inspire 3
Apple Samsung watches are crap. Use a Garmin or a Suunto with 2 Week battery LCD screen.

Hey, pls more…why are they crap?
Its a watch. Battery is paramount. I cannot charge it every 36 hours. Not willing to sacrifice precious battery for features that are not needed. Garmin / Suunto fulfil that - they dont need NFC , calling etc. Apple watch cellular is not a watch at all - its a phone with a heartbeat monitor and won't last more than 36 hours in the wild. My Suunto lasts 2 Weeks of regular usage.

Try whoop
Get the Whoop 4.0, it’s a bit expensive. Had a subscription model. It’s only available in the US and if you buy it over Amazon US, you get the device along with 12 month sub free. Metrics mentioned above are good and insightful
If it's available only in the US, how is the service (or even warranty)?
I have it, and it almost got spoiled once. But their customer support is very good and they were willing to send a replacement device within 30days of purchase. But then it started to work. Post that I haven’t heard of any issues. Plus wearable trackers, how many of us actually give it for Service. This whoop is the same cost of an Ultrahuman ring air.
Have a look at it on their website and if you are convinced, then go ahead, else the Fitbit 6 is out

I have a Fitbit Charge 5 since almost a year. I wanted one for the exact same purpose, and not a smart watch.
I wear it almost 24*7. Very comfortable and reliable. Tracks everything accurately (steps, sleep, HR etc).
It's a little large, so if you have small wrists, I'll suggest going for Luxe. I can't operate Luxe, I feel it's too small for me.
@ThanosIsRight What service do you need for a fitness band? Most of the time it cannot be repaired, only replaced. My charge 5 got bricked because of their OTA update and they sent me a new one, so worked out fine for me.
