Heyy just wanted to know if my office is moving to Brigade Metropolis Mahadevapura , where should I ideally look at staying to reach quick and avoid traffic.
Don’t have a vehicle so public transport is necessary and what would the rents be there for a decent 1 BHK.

Brigade Metropolis is near Metro line, if I'm correct. You can seek to move anywhere on the metro line, depending on how much commute time and how much rent you're okay with. Just remember that last mile connectivity from metro stations are not great.
Alternate option are the BMTC buses, even then you need to think a bit. I've friends living towards TC Palya and Ayyappa Nagar, which don't have metro but are cheaper (relatively). There may be bus routes from there.
1 BHK rent I can't comment on, regardless of locality.
