I am shifting from Mumbai and my office is in Bellandur. The properties at Bellandur are old and most dont have Kaveri water supply. Any suggestions what will be the best area for me to set base.
Any new properties Will most likely not have kaveri connection. Any extension areas would also face the same problem. If you are hellbent on kaveri water, try to find older buildings and residential areas ( old Bengaluru)

Not much aware of specific buildings. You'd have to find it yourself. But you can find flats in Domlur as well. If it's a old building, there's a strong chance it would have Kaveri connection. You just need to ask people around for it

Pro: Kaveri Water, Great food spots, laid back vibe, mostly young crowd, get cabs and autos whenever you want, rent is around 20k for single Bhk’s add 5-7 thousand for every extra bedroom. Easy connectivity too all nearby tech hubs. Pink blossoms during season. Good roads. No flooding. Instamart delivers within 10 mins.
Cons: Public transport is limited to the main ORR and ITPL roads. You will always face traffic as soon as you get out of the layout, every exit opens up to a high traffic junction.
