If you switch from a product based company to WITCH, do they match your salary?

Let’s say someone with 3 yoe and a salary of 20+ LPA switches to a WITCH company. Would they match the old salary or offer a lower salary? The reason I ask is because WITCH would not offer that kind of salary to an existing employee, wondering if external hires from good firms can get paid decently.

I am planning to switch and want to land an offer in WITCH

Hi everyone, I have 1.5 YOE in front-end(Angular) and currently working on LAMP stack. My salary is 3.6 lpa fixed + 40k variable and house rent reimbursement up to 80%. I want to switch to WITCH companies for better hike and growth opportunities. But I have not been able to land an interview. Please tell me what to do or the job market is that bad right. Finding difficult to clear interviews

Hi folks, I have been part of one company for 9 years. I feel like bored and mundane. I am trying to switch jobs for past one and half year and unable to crack any interviews. Each interview slips because of some reason. Now my current company based on my performance asked me to find job somewhere else within in few months.. I am still unable to clear interviews.. Sometimes feel very downward because of this but deep inside I feel like I am more worth than this.. Market is also so uncertain now.. My salary is 32L.. I feel like I am stuck in my career. Any advice or recommendation?
