Internship vacancies in Chennai for college students

I am a student from tier 3 college. Just had the round 1 of Wayfair Software Engineering Internship challenge ( Did pretty well). I don't have any idea how my further rounds of Wayfair internship would be. Apart from this I have got 2 offer letters for Business development Interns who will be offering me a salary of 8-10LPA after internship. I am quite confused about what to choose? I don't feel comfortable choosing BD over a proper tech job/internship, it would be very difficult to switch to development later.

These days people get internship in there second year of college and continue as an intern for 2 years. Companies don't allow them a full time position citing college regulations. I think this is unfair to candidates as they do full time work at interns compensation and position. Do you think this is justified?

And I’m willing to bet that it’s an unpaid internship too. Employment is at its peak because of such companies. P.S. is there no distance left between ux designers and visual designer anymore? Why do designers entertain such bad practices?

Hi everyone, I am from a Tier-1 engineering college, looking for jobs in Product space. Any idea, what kind of companies/which sector is hiring right now? College placements have been really bad this year, and applying off-campus has been a real pain (no replies, calls from companies). This is not the first time I am applying off campus, I know it's a tiring process especially at a fresher level, but this time it has been worse. Hey everyone, heading into my first internship this summer, no other work experience and want to hear from full time employees on the lesser known things that secure the return offer. By this I mean things other than being able to adapt to work, ask questions, not making same mistake over and over - basically the things that aren't talked about but from your perspective really makes huge a difference in your opinion on the intern.
