Recently, a recruiter reached out to me for the mentioned role. The idea of moving to Tokyo is enticing but the employee reviews about the Org. on various platforms is not much on the bright side. Most complain about the Management's unclear vision and somewhat unhealthy work culture with Japan into the mix which is notoriously known for long working hours. I am here to get opinions should I even consider sitting in interviews?
