WintWealth is a good platform to invest in the bonds. I personally have invested through their platform. They do present a summary of the bond nbfc, their pros and cons and basis your risk taking capacity, you can invest in them.

I'm a part of Infinyte Club which is an online platform for investing in startups and also helps with ESOP liquidity, just today they announced that they have gotten an allocation of 75L in Winter Wealth and their users can invest in it and this got subscribed in under two hours. This makes me think:

1. With investors like eight roads on the cap table why are they going to syndicates like Infinyte to raise funds? I would view this as something negative since this is too small an allocation, does this mean that they are unable to raise?

2. Which fools are angel investing at a startup which is valued around $80M (valuation based on the terms given by Infinyte). I understand it's a popular Fintech but you gotta be stupid to invest at this valuation.

Currently I have invested around 3 lacs in mutual funds. This is my only investment. I have got around 30% return till now (started in 2022). Is it okay to continue investing in mutual funds or should I invest in equity funds like index funds, etfs etc

I have been out of touch with the market for few years and not really sure where to begin from. I have been hearing about a recession coming soon and in general market taking a dip. However, I don’t want to delay investing further as I am still a fresher and want to get in early.

My plan now is to invest about 50k or 75k in some MFs as a lumpsum amount and start two three SIP of about 5k each in various sectors.

My thinking:

For lump sum:
Due to recession news, safer bet would be to put half in Large cap, 25% in some form of commodities while rest 25% in upcoming Indian sectors like green energy etc.

For SIP:
 Two or three SIP 5k each, one in small and mid cap but other two I have yet to think about.


What advice would you give for someone who wants a diversified portfolio for long term but also might need to withdraw 20% in next 5 years to partially fuel upcoming personal expenses(car, marriage, home,etc).

PS: monthly salary: around 1.1 lakh(after deductions)
