Is a corporate job really it?
Excuse me for being all philosophical and emo but surely this isn’t what life is all about! Waiting for weekends, sleep deprived weekdays, questioning “what am I doing” every second week? Like what are we even solving for? The governments and corporates control it all while we work like puppets. Does having something of your own (a business for the lack of a better example) make things better? Thoughts?

fundamentally it's all about:
either you are a master/creator or a slave/follower
If you like what you're doing and you're good at your craft and are getting paid decently enough.... I don't see anything wrong with corporate jobs.
Until someone rubs it in your face with the age old master/slave terminology 😴
Looking at what's next in the corporate ladder? No.
Looking at the monthly salary credited message I need each month and spending on things Iove? Yes .
Life with your own business isn't rosy either. If you just look at the example of local business folks, you'd observe that they work 6 days a week. Don't get the paid leaved benefit and there's a constant threat of business going bust due to a competitor or other external factors.
If your ambition is more than just achieving a financial stability/goal then you're right, corporate jobs isn't for you.
Ya unless u can stop partaking in society or don’t have dependents. You could still go down spiritual path and judge for urself
