Is cognizant and Capgemini minding if employees continue to wfh instead of hybrid?

This is absolutely meme material!! They declared that 75% of employees will work from home by 2025, and before even 2025, they reverted that and now claiming everyone to come to office all 5 days!! I mean not even Hybrid, but all 5 days!! Can someone tell me on how many days does Capgemini calls their employees to office, and how many days the employees actually follow there?

What do you think, most companies are directly setting shops (GCCs) here. Will it lead to degrowth of the industry?

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office. Could somebody please let me know.
