Is it possible for mid size companies in gurgaon and Noida to give 25LPA for 5 years of experience in Devops?

I am from a tier 1 college and our placements season is going on, this year the market is very bad, we have very less companies than the previous year and the pay is low as well. From Dec 1, our interview will start but till now I have got no interview shortlist. But I have got an off-campus offer for 13LPA in Greater Noida, I wanted to ask if 13LPA is good enough for living in Greater Noida. The recruiter asked me how much I expected I panicked and said 13LPA, actually I wish more than I said, I mean if they give 13LPA as base rather than CTC then it is more than enough for me. Should i take the offer or negotiate or do what? If negotiated, then how can the company agree to 13LPA base? TL;DR: should I accept a 13LPA offer or negotiate it, for a dev role in Greater Noida. I am fresher sitting for my campus placements. please help

I am a DevOps engineer with 5 yoe currently getting 24 LPA, trying to switch to another company. Do you guys think asking 50% (36 LPA) increment in DevOps in India is too much?

I am a DevOps Engineer in a series C funded startup. My current compensation is 40LPA, which included 38LPA fixed, and 2LPA performance bonus. I want to understand what my realistic expectations should be if I look out for another job. I am open to all types of companies, be it a MNC or a well established startup. I can be wrong by a huge margin, but I was expecting somewhere around 75LPA CTC with 70LPA fixed, given the fact that my promotion is due this upcoming December and I am expecting atleast 20% hike on my current CTC and in hand compensation. What are your thoughts on this. And if possible, can you guys also tell me what I should be prepared for if I get an interview opportunity for a senior level DevOps Engineer.

Have more than 5 years of experience working for a consulting MNC, a SaaS startup and a medium-sized consulting company. Over the years have gotten the opportunity to work as a frontend engineer(angular, react), a fullstack engineer(java, javascript/typescript, python) and currently a data engineer(pyspark/databricks, azure, gcp). Projecting my self as a fullstack/backend engineer only. What should be my fair salary ask in series A/B/C startups & other product companies?
