I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers .

Current now I'm  1 year 3 months exp

I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project .

Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities.
Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp)
I don't wanna start again in entry level.

What checklist should I follow to successful switch.
I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this)

I respect every advice and criticism in my plan

I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular.
Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two.

Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company.

My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics.
I have knowledge about angular.

Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews.
I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. 
I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too.

Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame?

Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch.

Hi I am currently working as an ASE in accenture I have 2 years of experience but the thing is I am in project bench these whole 2 years… So I learnt .Net technology and had attended few interviews and got selected in deloitte with 8lpa package so is it a good idea to switch because I don’t have real time experience ? Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch?

Hi, I have over 3.5 years of experience in IT and working at a service based company. I'm working in Oracle PaaS tech stack and not sure how much scope it has because not every organisation uses it. To switch technologies is difficult within an organization, unless you are lucky to have a project like that. I was thinking to consider MBA in business analytics because of the same. Will that be worth it or can someone suggest an organization which helps switch technologies?
