Why do people on this platform assume a generic username to be a man? (if the username doesn't give the gender away)
As a female myself I never really had a problem. Guys is kind of a gender neutral word now. People who are non binary/female, do yall really have a problem w someone saying "guys" and not "folks" or "people"
I am a female and call my female friends bro/dude. Which is not gender neutral but they know it isn't demeaning
Inclusivity is much more than that, restricting to such words doesn't make them woke
