Switch
What is the best time to switch ? What % hike I can expect ? I am L9 resource with 8 years experience- 13LPA package
I have an experience of 8 years and have not switched ever. Because of this my package is relatively low (~16 lpa) compared to peers in IT. I have a medical emergency at home and so my manager has allowed me to do wfh for a while and thats why I have been sticking in this company. But I didn't receive any hike last year even though I was one of the best performers. Should I switch and is the market suitable for a switch?
Why not just prepare and try?
Yup...will start to apply
The longer you stay in a company, the harder it gets even psychologically to switch
Definitely switch. U hv become too comfortable hindering ur career growth. Market is not great but if u get offer then it would at least not be rescinded
Yes...as I mentioned due to a medical emergency in my family I wanted wfh which my current company agreed to. That's why I did not switch. But now I think I will start looking as my package is too less with respect to the experience I have
Switch dude. Many companies offer WFH. Check the job market and start applying
