No. I've had plenty of dates where we usually decide i will pay next time. Easier to do alternate bill payments instead of splitting every time. Expense is usually 1-2k , not more than that anyways.
depends on the girl. I've always done 50-50 with men and if there's no 2nd date it just means that our vibes didn't match

Not clear but in any case you mentioned there's going to be a chance of not going on another date as per the author.
