Yes sometimes it's like with an alarm also we won't wake up that early on a weekday, but on weekends we are awake that early without any alarm at that time.

I have an offer and a scholarship to join an amazing UNI abroad - course starts in October. 

I work at a start-up right now, and I make around 1.2L a month. 

I have decided to leave my job and take up the Master's. 

One part of me says quit right away, take a 3 month break, focus on my health (I've gained a lot of weight by working in odd hours) and just relax before moving out. 

The other part of me is asking me to stay until August, make a couple of lakhs more so that there's enough money left for other expenses as well. 

I'm dead confused. 

Given I work in the night shift, my sleep has gone for a toss. 

Should I prioritise my health over money, at this point?

Honestly, I thought the added allowance would be worth it. 

But I honestly hate the work I'm doing and everything about the office in general. 

I miss chilling out in the evenings after work like a normal person, I miss just being normal and not having weird sleep patterns.

I cry or am on the verge of crying almost everyday. 
At this point, I just want to quit and take a few weeks to feel normal and happier?

Of course, given the market, this would be a very stupid decision. Unfortunately all the jobs I'm getting are usually a pay cut.

I don't get how people, with MBAs, families and an active social life do this, honestly.
I have neither and I freaking hate it.

Would quitting be actually worth it for my overall health?

I got a hybrid role in a startup that started late in morning.
Was waking up around 9 am to reach the office.

Now I have shifted to a remote role. Which has got me waking up at 1 pm (or 2) and awake till 4-5 am.

I don't have any reason for the shift; it just happened.
I have tried all youtube methods, but nothing seems to work.

P.S. One good thing, I have the soundest sleep now. Don't even remember snoozing the alarms.
