Yoe: 8+ in a service based company. Current ctc: 14.66 lpa. I have an offer from Siemens DISW of 21 lpa Can any one from the company give an insight on the in hand salary for this ctc.

Joining Siemens wanted to know how is the work life balance, exit options, perks and gifts? Also do they pay Diwali bonus.

I have 3.5 years experience as Java developer with current ctc 6.3LPA. Is it possible to switch to SDE 2 in product based companies like Microsoft. If yes, please guide me

What is the best time to switch...

I am currently working in a startup which has a terrible WLB. My drive to work has been completely killed and i see myself totally quitting this line of work due to it. But i am willing to give myself last chance to find a company that has decent pay but good WLB. So just asking folks here any MNC which is still hiring and has a good WLB please let me know.

Hows the job security at MSCI India, ESG division. I am evaluating an opportunity and need inputs as many online posts and reviews mention a major concern about job security and their hire and fire policy. Does MSCI do a regular rigorous firing every year? Is job security actually a major concern?

I'm from tier 2-3 collage , got an internship in Chennai. P.s. i m from north india so huge culture gap and Language barrier. I was selected for the job role of data science engineer . but they have put me in SDE. I have a good dsa skills, with enough experience in development in web and Multiple projects in AI/ML . They haven't considered my profile before assigning me to a team, no sh*t i want to switch this company asap. and in some other city like bangalore.. or Gurgaon. But as far as I can see.. there are no responses from the company i m applying to which is understandable. It is kind of implied that i have to spend at least a year before getting another job. Is there anyone who can suggest some ways to get me any Interview?

How is it working as a Java developer in EY GDS ? I mean how are the opportunities in terms of learning and salary growth. Also how is the job security?
