Need help [laid off recently]

I quit my last company in Dec 2023 due to some reasons. I was not aware the market would be this bad. Basically in a nutshell I have at least given interviews in 10-15 companies till now, cleared most of theirs all rounds, but for some reason or other they didn’t release an offer. some feedback includes, why do you want to join us with such less hike, you would leave us in few months. One said they are not able to get final sign off from their lord in US. And mostly others just stopped responding. ATM I don’t understand anything, emergency funds getting over, and realised all the network I made till now in my career and whom I helped are of no use. I know I wont get any clear advice here also, but just venting out. I am on the brink of just quitting everything of this corporate drama and start prepping for govt exam, or start a small biz in my town

Feels a bit good, a bit relaxed from the immense work pressure and toxicity but at the same time lot of pressure with regard to finances, as and more days are passing. Have been taking time out to upskill myself, applied to over 300+ jobs maybe by now. Got call backs from 10-12, interviewed with 5. None of them turned out to be positive yet. Lot of sympathy and empathised content goes on LinkedIn but reaching out to people, 1/15 may respond, putting a status, people just write CFBR mostly (hence I totally avoided that).

Any advice, tips, help would be appreciated.

I've been looking for job for a year now. Though I did join a company last year. I did settle for a company temporarily and because of the experience I had during onboarding and during this last one year, I've been proactively looking for jobs but I've failed to get shortlisted in every company where I applied. I have not even received call from Naukri.com or any job portal. 
Now only a fews weeks remain for me to become unemployed completely.

Laid off as a fresher 🥲

I want to share my experience as a fresher at Accenture, my first company from a college placement. The first six months were fine, but then I faced severe mental harassment from my supervisor and manager. She constantly criticized my work and gave negative feedback, causing me immense stress. I often skipped meals and worked weekends to improve, but nothing helped.

Despite reporting the issue and requesting a supervisor change or a different track, my requests were ignored. The harassment worsened, affecting my physical health, and I couldn't eat or sleep properly. My manager controlled trivial aspects like where to sit and whom to talk to, making the situation unbearable. I was even forced to switch from a developer role to a tester, despite being trained as a developer.

The final straw was being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without a clear reason, with the same harassing individuals assessing me. I only had 1.9 years of experience then. I reported the mental harassment to HR and resigned due to deteriorating health, panic attacks, and weight loss. Despite having no other job offer, I couldn't continue. Even during my notice period, I was forced to complete PIP assignments, which led to suicidal thoughts and further health issues.

Now, I am jobless, feeling helpless and frustrated. With less than 2 of experience, I struggle to find offers in a down IT market and don't know what to do next.
