Judgement
I am into 2nd job and have been 6 months in this job. 1sr job was a very small duration of 6 months. Now I feel frustrated about working for such corporates who doesn't even care about personal health. Long hours on few occassions should be fine but for very long it is not fine. Please guide on the same if I will be judged basis this if I plan to switch again. ?

Why did you leave from the first job ?
The employer lied on the availability of assignments. When I joined I realised they don't have such assignments nor do they have intention to get such assignments. I was open to any assignment except for banking sector. They said they have other assignments and 2/10 assignments only they ll put us on bank assignments. But it was totally different there

Got it, see tbh, you will never get a work life balance that easily, coz its very very rare.
Main thing is you need to love the work that you are doing. That’s what’s gonna get you through the week. Assuming you are still new in your professional career, its better to stay in this org if it gives you good work, get enough experience from here, make good impact and then make a switch. If its not giving you good work, then yes, its better to look for another job, but before joining the company, make sure you do the due diligence regarding the clients and work ethics of the company.

I am also thinking of changing jobs. Work in one of the big 4 same as you. Really the work life balance is the worst
Yes exactly. It's getting hectic while the expectations are way too high than what can be achieved normally. They would expect fresher to do and complete how a senior does the job.
