I have recently joined new company but I’m not getting anything the work life balance is worst should I switch again ? And if I put resignation will the next company ask me the reason what to answer in that case.

I have resigned from my current company which is fully remote. They have put me on the bench while I serve notice period and I have nothing to do till my Last Working Day in September. 

I have an offer from a company which is again fully remote. Should I join this new company from August while serving the notice period with  the current company? 

Would there be any short term or long term complications? Tax, PF?

I am working with Oracle from last 2 years on IC3 position with no hike. Recently, I received an offer from another product based company with 50% hike. But now My team is planning to retain me with same offer and IC4 promotion.

I'm new to the job market so I wanted to understand how frequently should I switch companies when I get a better offer.

I've heard that sometimes your employer themselves will match a competing offer.

But how frequently should I do this? Every 2 years? 3?

Doing this too frequently can make me an objectively worse candidate so if anyone can tell me what's the ideal duration, that would be great.

Should I take up a job offer which offers me a peace of mind but not much of a hike or stay within the current organisation get the appraisal which is somewhat similar to the new offer. 

Early in my career the main reason I’m even considering the job offer is that the current organisation the work culture has gone to $#! . It’s basically working on favouritism, unrealistic targets and no work life balance at all.

I am preparing for the Staff engineer role. Have put my resignation without any offer in hand due to being highly underpaid, no recognition towards my high-value work, poor management, toxic work culture and work-life balance.

I lose all my motivation to study gauzing at the things I am yet to study for the interviews.

I don't want to settle with another mediocre company and stay under paid just like today.
At the same time I don't have any monetory reserve to feel safe on financial side.

Please help me with your words and past experiences of being in a similar situation.

Software Engineer

I am SDE and I joined a company 2.5 months back. I don't like the work that I am doing and the company is far from being profitable+ a huge cash burn + management is not good.
I interviewed with some other company and they have offered me a role. On paper it's an upgraded role but they are offering the exact salary as the current one + some esops.

Would you accept the offer if you were in my place?

Some general info:
1. Hate the work I am doing currently, the knowledge I get here can't be used in other companies.
2. Work is slow, not learning anything new
3. New company seems good from outside till now, have to validate with ex-employees
4. New company has Hybrid work, current is WFO
5. Have another offer which is paying a bit more than the 'new company' but don't want to join it, These guys are not matching the offer sadly

Should I switch again?

Is it good to go back to previous company which gave you career to start with and  you have Cherished so many memories. If they are ready to give 100+% package.

Story here:
I left earlier previous company due to I want to gain more experience in new technology and get some hands in development. During that period also they tried to retain but more than package I concentrated to gain more hands in Development. Now once again I'm not happy with my current company which is accenture, as so much politics, upon being so much dedication didn't receive any hike or promotion since 2.5 years , so I'm getting again opportunity to work in my previous company. So need your valuable suggestions on how to proceed?? Is it good to join previous company??

because 
I don’t have any documentation of 1st company in my PF account, but I don't consider it as part of my work experience. Its just 5 months I was in that company. 

I broke the employment bond of that company amd joined another company as a fresher. 

That why I am afraid to switch the current company.

Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 or 7 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. 
I want to change the domain or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company.
Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)?

If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume?
And what could else I have to face .

I got offer with 50% hike from accenture and accepted but I did not resigned from tcs yet. Its been a month now
Got mail from accenture HR on confirmation on joining date and asking to confirm on the LWD so they shall update DOJ accordingly
I have YoE 3 and Ctc 8
What should I do?

Can we extend joining date in accenture by 1 month
