In future, If I get selected in any company and in background verification would I get reject?
because 
I don’t have any documentation of 1st company in my PF account, but I don't consider it as part of my work experience. Its just 5 months I was in that company. 

I broke the employment bond of that company amd joined another company as a fresher. 

That why I am afraid to switch the current company.

Do you think future employers will ask for documentation for all companies listed in my PF records?

Now, almost three years later, the previous company's advocates are sending me notices demanding 3 lakh rupees as bond repayment, and I even received a notice from the civil court yesterday. 

I'm not sure what to do next. 
Do you think this will affect my future job prospects?

Back in 2021, I joined a small company as a fresher with a promised CTC of 3.2 LPA and a 3-year bond. However, after joining, I discovered the actual base pay was only 1.8 LPA, and my monthly salary was just 10,500₹. So, after five months, I broke the bond and joined Accenture as a fresher.

I have worked in a contract based company for 3 months and it's employment history is showing on PF history. I don't have experience certificate for it and the company is closed .
In background verification it is causing issue.
Any alternate suggestion will be highly appreciated 🙏🙏.

I worked at company X from 2016-2021. Left March 2021, but the next thing I joined was in late 2022. Between that time, first I was preparing for Masters, got in, but ultimately decided to not go. It took 8 months as the market was really bad and I was unprepared.

Now, when I am looking to switch from current job, I have gotten a couple of queries around why the gap etc. I originally thought I will explain the situation but now to prevent getting filtered out in screening, is it okay to write company X tenure from March 2021 to March 2022, reducing the gap?

All help/inputs from experienced folks is appreciated 🙏🏽

Need some help with Background verification in a MNC.

In my past experience:

- I got laid off on May 2020
- in July 2020 I got a job, did not like it and left early by Sept 2020 
- I joined a new company on Oct 2020 

In my resume , I have skipped this experience and mentioned other dates correctly. I didn't think it would be relevant!

1. Experience  A - Till May 2020
2. Experience C - from Oct 2020 - ..

1. Would this be a problem for background verification?
2. Should I inform the HR about this ?

Asking for an HR perspective to help with this one.
I didn't mention a short stint( around 2 months) in my resume which I did almost 3 years back and I've gotten offer letter from another company. Should I disclose this in my background verification form or just continue not to list it. Its one thing to not include it in resume, not so sure about BGV form. The good part is the short stint didn't deposit PF so it does not reflect on my UAN number. Also the company is no longer in existence.

Hi everyone, I have 2 year of product experience (1.5 year full time & 6 month of internship). I left my past company to start my own venture, though it didn't work out as planned I sold the MVP and joined a startup. It has been 1 week, and I am not liking the culture so I am planning to switch. 

I wanted to know will I be grilled upon why I am leaving so early and will it affect my overall profile? Also what's the general notice period during probation?

Imagine you are the Hiring manager looking for a Tech Lead who is having 8-10 years of experience. 
  
 He/She has already switched 6-7 companies in the period of 9 years. Will you consider that person working for you? 
  
 I personally won’t.

I am a 2024 grad. I got to know that my org has 3 month notice period. I have talked with 2-3 seniors, I got to know that they don't let go before 3 months and don't offer buy out. The CTC is not that good also (8.3 LPA).

My background - new IIT CSE, 500+ question on leetcode, knight in leetcode, specialist in codeforces, have projects in go backend, intership in spring boot, sql tech stack. Had to take this offer as I didn't cheat in on campus placement and less companies were visiting my campus. 

My job location is in Chennai, I have done internship there. I do not like the weather there and my org says that I have to go there only. I want to do a early switch(weather+low ctc). Many peeps from WITCH do switch despite having 3 month notice period.

Can someone guide me what to do in this situation. Do I have no other option than staying in this company ? Please enlighten me all software engineers 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Notice period

This might look like a lengthy rant, but please bear with me till the end. Will be grateful for all/any help. Much appreciated 

1st Company(MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 1.6 years. Left yoluantarily in order to
prepare for GATE

2nd Company(startup | Name doesn't Appear in PF) - Worked for 1 year. Was let go citing
performance reasons(Which was completely bullshit) It was just the beginning of Covid

3rd Company(Startup | Name Appears in PF) - loined in the month of June 2020. Worked for 2
months and suddenly they terminated me in 3rd month since 1 was still in probationary period
and they said, my performance was not upto the mark/Which I don't believe)

4th Company/Mid Size Company | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 11 months. My parents
were looking for a match for me. Left voluantarily, in order to get a high CTC. No problems here

5th Company/MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Currently working here. It's been almost 1.11 years
and counting

One of my frien d had referred me to GE through his senior and the feedback that he got was,I
have changed many companies in short span of time. 
So my question is this:
Iwill remove the second company from my resume and add that experience to the 3rd one
while giving interviews or when the recruiter asks for the cv.
And then once everything is over and at the time of offer release I will provide the proper
documents to HR for bGV. will this work? Has anyone tried this in the past?

The problem is, I cannot completely remove 2nd company as it would reduce my exp and it will
create unnecessary problems w.r.t my passing out date and relevent exp
And I cannot remove the 3rd company as it's name appears in pF forms. Hope you guys are able
to see my dilemma here.

Any/all help will be much appreciated.

I applied for a PMO role at LTI fortunately cleared 1st round of interview , then comes BGV verification process before 2nd round
They said me my BGV is red because , they are not hiring candidates from one of the company I previously worked for in start of my career! But my current employment is at Capgemini and they are not just considering current but also your 7 years companies list I have worked for!

This is soo Strange and disheartening!🙁To just get rejected due to my pervious employment and  not on my ability!

Any suggestion if someone faced the same at any company?🥲
