2 months back joined an organisation but getting other offer which is good. Should make a switch ?

I am SDE and I joined a company 2.5 months back. I don't like the work that I am doing and the company is far from being profitable+ a huge cash burn + management is not good.
I interviewed with some other company and they have offered me a role. On paper it's an upgraded role but they are offering the exact salary as the current one + some esops.

Would you accept the offer if you were in my place?

Some general info:
1. Hate the work I am doing currently, the knowledge I get here can't be used in other companies.
2. Work is slow, not learning anything new
3. New company seems good from outside till now, have to validate with ex-employees
4. New company has Hybrid work, current is WFO
5. Have another offer which is paying a bit more than the 'new company' but don't want to join it, These guys are not matching the offer sadly

Graduated in 2021 have 2 yoe working in a b2b unicorn as sde-1, earning 20lpa fixed no esops. I made one switch last year. But now I realised I was learning more in my previous product company. Here most of the work is boring like writing repeated sql queries minor bug fixes and very little coding. 

Is 20lpa low as per industry standards for 2 yoe in bengaluru ?

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? I have over 1.5 years of experience and and my current CTC is 7.75 LPA in a product based startup. Is it worth to switch for 10LPA or should I wait for another offer.
I have had enough of negotiations and they can’t go beyond 10LPA.
I’m decent at DSA and solved arround 500 problems on Leetcode.

I work with a south eastern gaint. Joined them just after college with around 19LPA for first year.. but they only gave 10% increment. Should I even try to switch given the market conditions? Its been exactly one year now. 

Work wise I think its okay. Not much work load and everybody is chill.

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. 
Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask gor different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

My elder brother who used to work in strategy got laid off in July. He had a fixed pay of 35 and total CTC of 42. ( 2 lakh annual esops, 5 lakh variable). He has a pretty good runway and not worried about the finances since currently at home and no rent/ other metro city expenses. He has been working as an external consultant since December and making 3 lakh per month as fees.

Yesterday he received an full time offer from a startup with Fixed pay 32, 1 lakh retention, 1 lakh performance bonus and 4 lakh annual esops at the last valuation.

The startup is yet to raise series B but the role he is getting is a strategy and ops planning role along with PnL responsibility in 3-6 months.

HR told him that the salary would get revised once they recieve series B but he knows that stuff is usually just lip service. Glassdoor reviews also show that the workload will be high and might have to work on public holidays as well.

Would you advice to take this?

I am currently working as a security analyst working for a company that provides pentesting as a service to its clients. I am getting paid 17lpa fixed salary. I earn 80-90k from freelancing every month pre taxes.

So should I switch or not. It's been 3 years I am in this company and I can't see much growth now. I will be doing the same work. 

The work is full remote and the culture of company s also nice and workload is fine.
