Need Guidance

Need guidance please. 2022 passout. Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. I want to change the domain to different role like backend or frontend or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company. Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)? If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume? And what could else I have to face . Need truthful guidance.

Hello everyone I wanted a quick suggestion from everyone. I have 3.7 years of experience and currently working as a Devops Engineer in Ericsson with 10 LPA. I am not at all happy with my compensation and I don't see any growth opportunities here. So I want to resign and switch. Is it a good time to switch? Please help me with your guidance I am really stressed.

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? Its good idea any impact on my career? Please suggest

Currently I’m a software engineer in corporate. But now my company has full demotivated environment and I’m not able to work or deliver my tasks. I’m applying for other companies also . But don’t even get interviews scheduled. What should i do? Should i go for govt jobs also? Should i resign first then decide? Should i continue working ? Should i think about career switching? My brain itself is not braining , and filled with such thoughts.

I'm 2023 btech grad, I have selected in virtusa, LTIMindtree and dxc but none of them are giving response to full time. They are just delaying the process. I'm worried about my future, and confused what to do, so that I land a job. I have knowledge of core java, sql, basic dsa(leetcode 150+) and very basic project(that don't come in mini project category). What to do? ... should I prepare dsa or do backend in java? ... or just wait for the on boarding

Hi , I joined Capgemini as a fresher in last December and I was somehow mapped to a support project and as a freshers I couldn't say no to the project . Its been 7 months already and I haven't learnt anything because my work doesn't require any technical skills but I have managed to learn python and its frameworks and few things like RestAPI,git, docker, etc. I have also done few basic projects based on authentication and Crud operations in django.I wish to pursue my career in backend development but I find it so difficult to find an opportunity as a fresher with 3 months of notice period. I was planning on resigning in September and by the time i finish my notice period I'll be having 1 yoe and mean while apply for other companies if i dont find any job atleast I'll take up some intership in that way I can lear stuff. I dont know if I am thinking or planning things right. Your thoughts or suggestions would matter a lot for me at this point.

This might look like a lengthy rant, but please bear with me till the end. Will be grateful for all/any help. Much appreciated 1st Company(MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 1.6 years. Left yoluantarily in order to prepare for GATE 2nd Company(startup | Name doesn't Appear in PF) - Worked for 1 year. Was let go citing performance reasons(Which was completely bullshit) It was just the beginning of Covid 3rd Company(Startup | Name Appears in PF) - loined in the month of June 2020. Worked for 2 months and suddenly they terminated me in 3rd month since 1 was still in probationary period and they said, my performance was not upto the mark/Which I don't believe) 4th Company/Mid Size Company | Name Appears in PF) - Worked for 11 months. My parents were looking for a match for me. Left voluantarily, in order to get a high CTC. No problems here 5th Company/MNC | Name Appears in PF) - Currently working here. It's been almost 1.11 years and counting One of my frien d had referred me to GE through his senior and the feedback that he got was,I have changed many companies in short span of time. So my question is this: Iwill remove the second company from my resume and add that experience to the 3rd one while giving interviews or when the recruiter asks for the cv. And then once everything is over and at the time of offer release I will provide the proper documents to HR for bGV. will this work? Has anyone tried this in the past? The problem is, I cannot completely remove 2nd company as it would reduce my exp and it will create unnecessary problems w.r.t my passing out date and relevent exp And I cannot remove the 3rd company as it's name appears in pF forms. Hope you guys are able to see my dilemma here. Any/all help will be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

I am working in Infosys and I have 90 days notice period. I have been applying from the past 2 years but haven't got any calls and interview scheduled forget about rejections.I could landed 2 interviews only. Is it happening because I fill 90 days notice period while applying? What should I do? I can't take risk of resign because of financial issues right now. Please drop your suggestions.
