Is it right time to switch?

Hello everyone I wanted a quick suggestion from everyone. I have 3.7 years of experience and currently working as a Devops Engineer in Ericsson with 10 LPA. I am not at all happy with my compensation and I don't see any growth opportunities here. So I want to resign and switch. Is it a good time to switch? Please help me with your guidance I am really stressed.

Just because you want to change doesn't guarantee that you will find employment immediately. Start getting ready and go to few interviews. after receiving an offer letter in your email. Then consider this.
