Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. 
Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask for different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

I did my graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University. Worked my ass off during covid lockdown to grab a Software developer job. Number of hours spent on DSA and development for straight 3 years. 

I was able to grab a decent package being from mechanical background. Currently i am working in Accenture as a software developer -> Java full stack developer + Angular (12LPA ctc, 9 Base)

I want to work in a product based company which has better opportunities for me because i feel there is very limited opportunities in accenture and somehow people do not encourage to go for them at all. 

I need guidance on which companies should i be looking for great opportunities, great tech stack, with good management. Salary is never a obstacle for me. I am just looking for growth at this point of time in my career. Currently i am back to DSA again for interview preps.

Referrals are also well appreciated.

Need guidance on switching

I am writing this with a lot of disappointment. 
I have been working in TCS from the past 3 years. I got allocated to a project which required very little technical knowledge. As a result of this, I have not gained any technical experience. 
I have been trying to learn DevOps. There isn’t a shortage of resources as there’s plenty of them online. However what I find the most challenging is that I am unable to create projects of my own. Most of the online tutorials do not spend quality time on teaching how to replicate them locally. 
Most of them are on cloud (AWS/Azure) which require a subscription. 
It wold be great to get some guidance on how to proceed with devops and how I can switch to the field without technical experience.

I have 2.5 years of experience on CCM technologies(primarily OpenText Exstream) but am not satisfied with it as it's not open source, I am not able to learn it from anywhere on the internet in free hours or while on bench and the project work is the same repetitive type of work.

So thinking of switching in the DevOps or Data analytics domain. But not able to fix which one to choose.
Please guide me which has good career growth in future and how to proceed.

Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. 

So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO.

I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst.

Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA?
