Need guidance on switching

I'm a final year Btech student, I got selected in virtusa, LTIMindtree and dxc at the package of 5.5, 4 and 4.2 My friends are doing internships at good companies and I'm just looking for better opportunities. I have a knowledge of core java, and basic dsa. What should I do to go to product based companies? Should I prepare dsa, or do j2ee or switch to react and nodejs or something else?

I am a software engineer with 2+years of experience at a product based company. My current CTC is around 10 lpa which I feel is below market standards. Also my wlb is terrible and growth at my current organisation has become stagnant. I mostly work on bug fixes and some minor feature enhancements. What are the skills that are required to switch to a product based company as soon as possible with at least 15-17 lpa ? Currently I am not aiming for big tech ( FAANG) type companies as I know these will require thorough DSA , System design preparations which is not possible with my current job.

I am an engineer working in Deloitte. Overall Exp 6.5yrs. My tech stack include Python, Data Science & AI-ML and GCP. I wanted to give it a try for product based company. I am not sure from where should I start? Just a little bit of guidance will really going to mean a lot to me. I come from a civil engineer background and I have reached Deloitte through lot of struggles. But I think I can reach further with some help. Need a dronacharya in this kalyug 🙂 Thanks in advance.

I am working remotely at a SaaS company for 4+ years now. I started working since my final year of engineering. I joined here as a software engineering intern when the product was really new and booming. I have gotten bored of my work now, especially since I have been working from home all the time. I have very little social life. And I am getting fixed salary of about $1400 each month. I am thinking of switching to any Indian startup because I am not happy with my job being so monotonous and less pay at this level of experience. What should be the approach to crack the interviews? I have done DSA practice during my college days, but didn't crack any interviews with it. I am a full stack web developer but it doesn't excite me anymore and I want to stick to backend roles. And is it possible to crack an interview with for 30-40 LPA at this stage? Or do I have to climb up a salary ladder for a couple of years?

I have 1 year of experience, i have been trained on java full stack and currently working in dev role but it is not a good project l, very less learning and same work again and again.can anyone suggest what I should learn to get a better offer and switch to better companies. I’m a 2023 graduate working as a SDE in a Product Based Company In Bangalore. My CTC is 8LPA around 55k hits my bank account. In next 5 months I’ll have 1 yr of experience. I want to switch after 5 months (After Hike) to a Product Based Company in Delhi NCR. Which companies to target? Also how much CTC should I expect? Why Delhi NCR? My family lives here and I constantly feel I’m missing out on quality time with the people I love so I wanna move back. PS: I’m thinking not to go for a CTC below 10LPA

Hey grapevine folks, I want to switch to a product based company with good payscale, but finding it hard to even get one interview call. Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. I am into front-end development, specialising in Angular with 2yoe. Any leads would help greatly.

Hi fellas recently I have joined a company and i have been working with 18.5 lpa with 2.10 year of experience so wanted to know what I should pursue learning next to reach senior applications Engineer as currently im an applications Engineer Tech stack - java backend Qualifications - M.Tech software engineering I want to just reach 28 lpa by September next year with role of sde2 equivalent as i would be having 4 year of experiencel
