No. I'd have an overlap of more than a month and some are saying that I can get caught through UAN number and multiple tax deductions in the same month.  
  
 Also, Publicis Sapient, Paytm, Tide and AngelOne are fully remote

I have resigned from my organisation which has a 90 days notice period clause. I have another offer which I need to join in 60 days. My current employer is not at all agreeing for early release. Can i join a new company while being on notice period with my current employer? What are the implications?

I am awaiting an offer from a big MNC, and I have discussions ongoing with some small companies as well. My notice period is now over, as my project is finished and they asked me to leave in a month (they don't want to keep me on the bench)

So, I wanted to check if there would be any issues if I opt to join a small company whoever offers me first and then whenever the big ones offer, leave the small company dropping them a mail and returning their assets, and join the big one without serving the notice period in the small company? Kindly advice.

🔄 Y offered better opportunity, hid X on resume, got and accepted offer.

❓ Should I have told Y about X? Concerned:
1. Tell now, they may understand or revoke.
2. Keep quiet, can they find out later via background check?

🤷‍♂️ Policies differ, but it's about people, not policies—understand or do shit.

50% hike but 3 months notice period - should I join?

Hi folks, 

I have been searching for a job for more than a year and finally landed an offer in company A. Recently I joined this company A but I received an offer from company B, 2 days after completing my onboarding formalities in company A. The package offered by B is 2 lakhs more than what they offer in company A. 

Should I negotiate a better offer with company A showing the offer letter from company B ? 

Will I judged for chasing money in company A if I do so ? 

I am not thinking about absconding from company A. 

Kindly help me with this dilemma.

So I left my job 2 months ago, the work culture and CTO was very very toxic, couldn’t handle it.

So I get offer from a startup, nice start up, good work culture, good learning. I joined this startup 15 days back. Now I got an offer from a established mid size company whose pay is 35-40% higher, it’s a substantial amount so I signed their offer letter. 

Now I wanna leave my current startup but I dont wanna burn bridges while leaving, I have a doubt that if things dont go well with the new offer, cause I left without serving notice period from the toxic one, so I have this paranoia that something might go wrong with the onboarding for the new offer. I dont wanna leave such that my current startup doesn’t even consider me for rejoining. 

I want a solid excuse for resigning, such that even if after 1 week I want to return to A, they would consider me! I am saying this because I worked my ass off for 3 months to get a job and I got a good start up, nowadays it’s hard to find decent workplace, don’t wanna end up with nothing if something goes wrong with the new one! 

HELP!! I was thinking about some family emergency so can’t continue, Any other solid reasons???

I have recently joined new company but I’m not getting anything the work life balance is worst should I switch again ? And if I put resignation will the next company ask me the reason what to answer in that case.

Companies arent looking forward to hire me if I say I have 3 months notice period. If say I have 10-30 days of notice period, and if I do land a opportunity, how can I join the newer company on immediate basis without serving 3 motnhs. Buyout option is by having to pay the equivalent of 3 months, which goes beyond 200k. I am not willing to pay a company this much amount, given I only earned 300k from them. Should I first apply for notice period and then start interviewing or first land an opporutnity and then apply for notice period.

How to deal with 3 months notice period

I have recently joined in an organization which is an Inc  2 days back. But today I got offer from good MNc company which has started interview process before receiving any offer . I want join in this MNc now how can I proceed in leaving current inc which joined 2 days back. 
In offer letter there is a clause mentioned that if I resign in 30days of joining I have to serve 4 months notice or I have to pay to buy notice period. I confused what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Absconding from company after joining in 2 days

Been in corporate for 18+ years. It's been a good run by God's grace. 

Situation currently is I have been WFH for last 3 years and office is requesting return to head office in a metro for at least 2d a week for senior folks. 

Unfortunately as you can understand, I am 40 and got an ailing parent with me being primary caregiver. Moving is not practical. 

Anyone else in same boat? What did you do?
