Received a better offer from company B after joining company A
Hi folks,
I have been searching for a job for more than a year and finally landed an offer in company A. Recently I joined this company A but I received an offer from company B, 2 days after completing my onboarding formalities in company A. The package offered by B is 2 lakhs more than what they offer in company A.
Should I negotiate a better offer with company A showing the offer letter from company B ?
Will I judged for chasing money in company A if I do so ?
I am not thinking about absconding from company A.
Kindly help me with this dilemma.
What is the best course of action?

Yes you can, but frankly it will look silly and I don’t think they will agree to increase. And if you ask and they don’t agree and you still stay, then it does make a bad/unreliable image. So better thing to do will be to just resign and serve notice period and join that B company.

The notice period is 60 days and the company B may not agree for 60 days to join their organisation. I’m in a tricky situation.

ignore offer and focus on impactful work. Money will automatically come to you. Don't chase money
Yes, you should do job surfing.
Increase your salary from company b showing offer of A, if it works switch, else don't
Also consider your tax slab, at 30 %, 2 lakhs is only 1.4lakh.+ increased efp contribution.
If relocation to different city, then not worth because of rents.
