I recently got an offer from a company for 12 lpa..I have accepted the offer letter already and currently waiting to join in 20 days Just wanna know if I can negotiate the offer again I feel like I should've asked for more , They have more budget for this role ..what you all suggest people? .should I got for it or not ..

Many of us experience this. At some point, we desperately want to change jobs and settle for any CTC. Initially, we're satisfied, but soon we start comparing ourselves to others. In my current company most of my co-workers make 2x then I do,I accepted the offer immediately since I was from service based and was paid very little. It's fine , learn as much from your peers and switch again.

You may try, but I don't think it will happen, only sure shot way is to get a counter offer in this 2 weeks and get the offer revised, this will guarantee it
