Kind of helpless, directionless and most importantly Jobless 🫠

Hey I'm jobless desperate in getting placed in any of the start ups I've done my graduation via distance education in 2018 passed out with 7.1 cgpa ( a lil backdrop - failed in 12 due to family issues has to quickly start working on general stores through friend climbed up the corporate ladder) im skilled with excel and cbap and have 4 years of experience into operations and client services Simultaneously upskillin with powerr bi n SQL Please please I'm the only dependant in my family need a job based on the above requirements on immediate basis.

I've been looking for a job for a while now and I've applied to numerous companies on multiple job portals. Only 1% to 2% of companies respond to my applications, and even they don't go beyond the initial introduction call, at the end of which I'm told "we'll be in touch" but they never call back. I've tried referrals too but without any luck. I have 4 years of experience at KPMG (the only job I've ever had) as a consultant and I have an MBA from IIM Udaipur. I think my CV isn't terrible either. I've had it reviewed from friends, family, ex-colleagues, and seniors from my college, listened to their advice, made the changes and applied everywhere, but there's no change. Help me. I would appreciate any and every advice y'all have to offer. Whether it's the bare minimum that I've been blind to all along or a couple extra miles, I wanna shoot a real shot.

Hi. I am currently working as an SQL Engineer - Support with almost 2 years of experience and 6 months of internship experience as Business Analyst (Stakeholder Management). I want to switch to Data Analyst profile as that was the field that I wanted to pursue my career in but due to the COVID pandemic, I accepted this profile. I have done MCA from a Mumbai University affiliated college in 2022 and have an understanding of the general Data Analyst stack (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python). I have also completed various personal projects for my portfolio on the technologies mentioned above. I have been applying for various Analyst/BI/Data Analyst related jobs since last year's October but haven't heard back from anyone. I want to understand what I am doing wrong or how should I change my approach regarding the job switch. Any suggestions/guidance is welcomed.

Hey Guys, I am working in TCS from last 3.7 years and now I am fed up with it. I want to switch but I don’t know what I am doing here 🙂 I worked for IT support work Endpoint security compliance for 2 years then switched to ISM role for 11 months, no learning and now in the team where all the Physical(ODC) and logical resources(Proxy AD group, VPN access etc) are managed. I want to move out but don’t know how can I find the job. Currently I am doing Google Data Analyst Certification but don’t know how I will switch, how I will show my experience etc

Graduated from NMIMS in 2023- BSc Finance. Interned at some marquee IB firms and startups. Working at an NBFC in an MD's office role- Strategy Consultant since then. Having done multiple projects for the company, I now want to switch to a consulting company where I can have a more diversified set of projects. But the market being the way it is, I'm not able to find reasonably good opportunities on LinkedIn. How do I go about the whole thing then? Would be grateful for any suggestion or referrals.

Have been trying to apply jobs PM, consulting, BA roles. I am spending hours applying with all the right approaches (reaching out people directly on LinkedIn, referrals, maintaining great profile) reaching out to co-founders, founders directly getting almost 0 responses. Even though Literally doing all the experts suggested things What should I do? have been mentally drained losing confidence on myself, not able to concentrate on anything

Hi All, I have 8.5 years of experience. iit + iim (recent 1 year mba ). initially I worked at analytics KPOs , then I worked on my own startup. post that I worked with a b2c startup as a program manager . Worked in growth, analytics , cross functional etc etc Then post mba , I am again working at a startup managing a team of business analysts. I feel like my career is not really going anywhere. I have become a "generalist" suitable for early stage startups but I do not want to work at startups any more. what do I do ? How do I move into bigger companies for better stability OR find a stable suitable startup where I can become a VP (but then a VP of what ? )

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams. Still not able to clear any. B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything. Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.

I am B.E. - Computer Science graduated in 2019. After that I started preparing for Upsc civil services exam. I didn't clear. So I decided to pivot to corporate sector. I upskilled myself for data analyst. I have been looking for job since last 1.5 year. But I am hardly getting any interview calls. Can't understand what am I doing wrong. Please help. If any opportunities or roadmap you know. Please let me know. Please help me and tell what am I doing wrong or what should I do. O am really depressed and stressed.

Since the start of this month, I have been applying for different opportunities but haven't received a response from any of them. I am currently a backend developer with 3.5 years of experience at a Fortune 30 company and have been promoted for two consecutive years. I also don't want to use referrals right now because I'm completely unprepared. If you are in job hunt please share your experience.
