I have 10+ years of experience post MBA from IIM across growth/revenue/strategy roles. I had to quit my last job due to lack of vision/execution/toxic culture. I am constantly apply for open roles but haven't got any serious calls from last 2 months.
I wanted to understand if I am missing something on job search front and wanted to take the view of the community. Pls highlight if there are more other folks are doing in addition to below.
Also, are folks with similar YOE/pedigree seeing lots of open roles/calls these days? (I will start a poll for the same)
